If we don’t submit a photo with each and every rebate form, do we still get a rebate? And if we have a lot we have submitted, how do we know which photos we need to submit?

TWP 1500 Series – Great Product – Pecan 1520- Color Perfect

TWP 1500 Natural on a 32 year old PT deck that had been repaired, stained and neglected over time. Stripped, Brightened and gave all the horizontals the wet on wet. Finding 4 dry days in a row in Maine was a struggle. Had to wait 10 days after the initial prep to allow for drying and clear weather to come after applying the stain. Use a pad! Very pleased with the results.

Though I really love the look of the rails, every time I have to clean them, I remember how much of a pain they are to clean.

Used 103 Dark Oak on my split rail fence. Turned out lighter than the color swatch online but I actually prefer it! Great product and fast shipping. We are very satisfied!

Wow that looks beautiful! I wished I would have used dark oak instead of the rustic oak. Next time 🙂 Gorgeous fence!

Looks great. How did you apply stain to the side with the wire fence attached?I have the same setup and have wondered about the best way to apply stain. Brush or sprayer.

I used an airless sprayer and went behind with a brush to clean up any runs. Depending how much fence you have a brush by itself would take forever!

I have to wait until the 4 months recommended drying time to apply. I decided to get the cleaner/brightener kit, too to make sure it looks right. Deck was installed mid July 2018.

It took 2 years for my cedar fence to dry and gray! It even says on the can to wait until your fence grays! It looks beautiful now and this stain from TWP is fantastic!

Hi, I was just told that the lighter area of stain was done while shaded, the redder was done in sun. Instructions are so very important. Can I sand and go darker next year for even color? See my other 2 posts.

I had a painter stain my deck with 1500 honey tone but even after much research and explaining to him the how to’s I think he still had an issue. The deck looked half stained, a picture was taken and he is now adding stain. Am I going to be ok? I’m not worried but am concerned

Something isn’t quite adding up. Rebate ends July 31, must submit in 90 day and no new claims after August 31. but July 31+ 90 days ≠ August 31.

Just a concern. Last week I applied for the rebate on 10 gals. of twp 100 pecan color, that I purchased on May 7th I believe.
How long do you keep the credit card numbers on file? Thanks, great product.

I have just finished my deck with TWP200 Slate Gray. The deck was 420 sq.ft. and I purchased 5 gallons, as per your calculator. I applied two coats wet on wet and when finished I still had a half pail of stain left over. I am a little concerned that I didn’t apply it properly. What do you think?

The color is a little darker than we thought. Is there any way to lighten the color?

I just uploaded my rebate form and photos. Only after I sent it did I realize that “order Number” and “Invoice number” are not the same. I put the order number on the rebate form. Will that be sufficient or do you need the actual Invoice Number?

I just rebuilt my deck and will need to wait the recommended months to dry before cleaning and staining. If I purchase the kit now, there will be now way to submit rebate with pictures until after august. Is there a way to still submit for rebate in this case?

Are photos mandatory? Our contractor will not be working on our deck for a while.

i have a small deck that i have ready to prep and stain. i am also going to be putting in another larger deck in the back that is not yet built so wont be staining for while. also considering they both will eventually need refinished, how long will a bucket of stain last once it is opened? should i get a single gallon which would be enough for a couple coats on small deck know or a larger bucket that i can keep around for future use?

Hi, your website says $20 off rebate on TWP 100 Series 5 gallon deck stain. https://www.twpstain.com/twp-100-series-5-gallon I just purchased, however, I don’t see the online rebate form for the $20 rebate. I only see the $4 rebate for gallons. Thanks.
