I used twp 1500 dark oak on my  pine fence (not pressure treated).  I was wondering if I could put black walnut as a second coat to make the finish a little darker or should I just apply a secod coat of dark oak.  Also since my fence is not pressure treated, do you recommend using polyurethane afterwards.

You can never top coat TWP with another product or poly. Best to stick with same color.

Sorry, but none of the TWP stains that we sell on our website will work on bamboo.

My deck has a blue-grey stain that I have power washed and still has, for the most part a lighter version of the same color. Will this dark walnut stain cover it?

No. You have to remove 100% of the previous acting when switching to TWP.

If I want to do a two toned deck with black walnut on the floor of the deck, what color would you recommend for the railings? A solid color? Thanks!

I didn’t know if you recommend any particular color that would compliment the black walnut or look good with it as the second color?

Any color you like will work, that would be up to you. TWP does not come in solid colors so you'll have to get that elsewhere.

The Black Walnut only comes in the 1500 Series and would work just fine for wood shutters.

Can two colors of the SAME product (TWP 1500 or 200) series be mixed to achieve a different color? Can TWP 200 be used on fir tongue and groove porch flooring?

      TWP Stains · 08/30/2018
Yes you can mix colors of the same series. The TWP 1500 would be best for a porch floor.
