I am in SW Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. Our dry season is October through March. Can I do this in late October?

I partially stained one of my decks last night 6-7:30 PM in Florida. It rained last night (unpredicted). The first picture is from last night and the other two are from this morning with water on the deck. It does not look like the Prairie Grey in the picture here in the color related comments. Can I correct this or should I start over in a couple of months when the weather is a bit more predictable.
