Now Comes in 2 Sizes - 10" and the new 14" brush! Stain 40% faster with the large 14" size!

Deck Floor Staining Push Brush will help you get your project done quickly. It does a great job of breaking the surface tension and forcing the stain into the wood. That means that your staining job will look good, and last longer. This brush is ideal for staining decks, fences, and wood siding. The 2 3/4″ soft fibers are set in a 10″ x 2.5″ or 14" x 2.5" molded plastic block. The block accepts standard threaded pole handles (as well as flow-thru handles). A threaded pole is not included.

Note: This brush works with Transparent, Semi-Transparent Wood Stains, and most Semi-Solid Wood Stains.

*It will not work with a Solid Color Stain.

Advantages

  • 10" or 14″ Width Allows You to Stain More Boards At Once
  • Cuts Your Staining Time in Half
  • Breaks Surface Tension and Forces Stain Into Wood Pores
  • Saves Your Back and Knees
  • Accepts Standard Threaded Handles/Extension Poles

If I am using the semi solid, do I need to use the sprayer you spray it on and then brush it in with the deck flooring staining brush?  Or do I just pour the stain in a pan and dip it with the brush and then brush it on?

Either way would work but the second is preferred.

Perfect!  Thank you for the quick reply.  One follow up question….I assume I’m tight spaces/corners where this bigger head won’t fit easily.  Can I use a regular paint brush for those small spaces just fine?  Is there a certain type of brush material that is required?

Yes, smaller brushes or stain pads work great. No "type" is required. Something that can handle oil-based.

Which is most efficient (wastes less stain)?

Same. Only thing that wastes stain would be a sprayer.
