Hello, we have a cedar deck that was stained last year, supposedly with one of your products. The deck is already faded and worn to the wood in some spots. Needless to say this time we are planning on re-staining the deck ourselves! Problem is we are not certain which of your products was used previously. Does it make a difference if we are going to use your cleaning/brightening products and your TWP 1500 Cedar stain? Thanks!

    Nancy Ortloff:
We have a deck that we have power washed but now need to remove remaining product. The previous owner either painted it or used a solid stain- not sure which it is. We've neglected the deck for about 10 years and are planning on using the TWP 100 series to stain it. Will the Restore a Deck remove paint? Any other suggestions to prep before staining? The deck is on the north side of house with extreme weather. High traffic. Thank you!
No it will not remove paint. No stain strippers will remove a paint. You will need to sand the paint off fully before using the TWP.

I'm in Toronto Canada. Do you have a dealer where I can pick up from in the Niagara or Buffalo area, NY?

We do not have dealers in those areas.
