No you cannot add a clear sealer on top. You can do a light cleaning and put on another coat in the Spring. Being that this is IPE, you will need to re coat annually.

Glad it turned out so well! - TheSealerStore

Storm Shield Follow Up

We applied stripper and brightener to our porch and the bridge to it, and then put on two coats of the Storm Shield Rustic Oak. It looks absolutely gorgeous, and I want to show it off to everyone! I have a question about follow-up on it, though. With winter coming, should I add some kind of clear sealer over this now, to help protect the finish itself? If not that, I was thinking that I should probably at least apply another coat of the Storm Shield in the spring, before the sun starts hitting hard on it again, then maybe another coat another year down the road. Thoughts? (We live in the Sacramento area, with long, hot, dry summers) - Gene
